After launching Realme X50, the Chinese smartphone maker is now gearing for its next iteration of budget series. Yes! We’re talking about the Realme 6 lineup to which Realme 6i is going to be a part of. Speaking of Realme 6i, the device recently appeared on the FCC listing in the US. As expected, the development revealed key specifications of the device along with some live images.
Realme 6i Appears on FCC Certification with 5,000mAh battery
As per the FCC listing, Realme 6i comes with a model number RMX2040. The device was spotted featuring 48MP quad-camera module on the back. The device is backed by a massive 5,000mah battery packed inside with an 18W fast charging support. Furthermore, the device comes with dual-SIM with LTE, 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 for all your connectivity needs.

Sadly, the FCC listing doesn’t talk about other internal hardware such as RAM, chipset, display size and more. Coming to the live images, the device has a vertical quad-camera module at the back along with a physical fingerprint sensor. On the left side, Realme 6i features a volume rocker and SIM tray while the right side features a power key. At the bottom, there is a 3.5mm audio jack, speaker grille and USB Type-C port for charging.
The images have also managed to reveal the dimensions and weight of the device. The device measure 164.4 x 75.x 9.0mm and weigh 195 grams.
Launch, Availability
It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time Realme 6i is getting the certifications. The device has already certified in India, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. With the new appearance on FCC listing, it seems like the device might launch sooner than we expected. With that said, we’re expecting more information on the same to come forward in the coming days.
