Gizchina News of the week

In mid-January this year, Huawei officially released HMS Core 4.0. This system comes with a large number of new features, including AI services, context-awareness services, unified code scanning services, short-range communication services, panoramic services, security detection services, fast authentication service, location service, digital rights service, sports health service, user identity service, etc.

Although these four models are not getting EMUI 10, they will still be able to experience HMS. These smartphones will continue to receive minor upgrades and security patches in the future.

However, it should be noted that after upgrading the experience version, you need to download and update Huawei Mobile Services from the Huawei App Market. At the end of the internal testing, you cannot roll back to the old version. You will directly get the official stable version of the update.

In addition, since this internal test involves 4 different products, engineers are working on version adaptation and optimization. This means that the update progress of different products will be different.

What do you think about the progress of Huawei’s HMS? Will it be on par with GMS in a few years? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below
