iQOO 3 5G

A couple of days ago, the iQOO 3 was officially released. It is the first 5G dual-mode smartphone of the iQOO brand, and it is also the first domestic market model equipped with the Snapdragon 865.

In the core configuration, iQOO 3 comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, Multi-Turbo multi-turbo acceleration technology 3.0, and built-in 4440mAh battery, which supports 55W ultra-fast flash charge. The manufacturer proves that in 15 minutes, it can be charged to 50% power.

Large batteries and fast charging have always been the characteristics of the iQOO brand. The iQOO Pro released last year was equipped with a 44W super flash charge and a 4500mAh large battery. This year’s iQOO 3 is mainly upgraded in terms of charging and supports a 55W super flash charge.

IT Home has conducted a battery charging test in order to understand whether it corresponds the parameters on the paper.

In the charging test of iQOO 3, Super FlashCharge was particularly fast to charge in the early stage. It only takes 20 minutes to reach more than 50% of the power. It is enough to use the phone lightly for a whole day.

The actual measured power remains at about 45W when it is charged to about 30%.

It is worth mentioning that although the early charging is fast, the iQOO 3’s body has no heating problems. Super FlashCharge works with an FFC charging algorithm and uses a two-way discrete IC design. This achieves a faster, lower temperature rise, and better compatible charging experience.
