In order to help Samsung’s new product sale, China Unicom launched a “new plan” for consumers who want to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. From February 28th to March 31st, consumers that go to selected stores from China Unicom can indeed purchase the foldable phone with the “old for new” method (old smartphones from any brand can be used). If the old device will be valued over 100 yuan, around $14, China Unicom will also offer a 10% bonus on the value of the smartphone.

So, the Chinese provider is trying to make the Galaxy Z Flip a tiny bit better for the pockets of the customers. That said, we’re still talking about a device that costs 11999 Yuan in China; around $1700.

Some will say it’s all worth it though. The Galaxy Z Flip does indeed use an innovative design that allows the smartphone to fold itself; making it very pocket friendly.

When unfolded though, the display is very large at 6.7-inch, with a screen ratio of 21.9: 9 and a resolution of 2636 × 1080. Additionally, we also find adaptive split-screen mode and multi-tasking function. So that you can open two applications at the same time, such as browsing in the upper part and shopping in the lower portion of the screen.
