Apple Powerbeats 4 appear in new renders

After appearing in the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) last week, a new product of Apple’s Powerbeats series, namely Powerbeats 4, should soon meet consumers. Recently, WinFuture exposed some press renders of Apple Powerbeats 4 including product specifications.

According to the source, the new Powerbeats 4 has a slightly smoother design. By smoother, we mean that it will bring a more comfortable feeling when placed in the ear. Furthermore, this device supports up to 15 hours of battery life. Unsurprisingly, the new Apple Powerbeats 4 will use the Apple H1 chip and support Hey Siri. The Beats logo also serves as a button that can be used to play, pause, and fast-forward tracks. In addition, users can use double-click gestures and can long-press the button to activate Siri.

According to the leaked photos, the new headphones will be available in black, white and red. If the battery life is 15 hours as shown in the specs sheet, it is an increase of 3 hours relative to Powerbeats 3. Recall that the Powerbeat 3 comes with a nominal music playback life of 12 hours. Apple Powerbeats 4 headphones can be charged via a Lightning port. This is the first Powerbeats device to use this charging solution. This headset is expected to be released in the near future and may come with iOS 13.4.

As of now, there is no information on the pricing of this device. Nevertheless, the Powerbeats 3 sold for $200. Thus we expect a similar but higher price tag to this device.
