Vivo just recently launched the Vivo S5 in November of last year and now the brand is already gearing up to unveil its successor dubbed as Vivo S6 in China. Unlike its predecessor though, the Vivo S6 will be a 5G handset. This information comes directly from the company itself via a short video teaser on Weibo.
Just like any other Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo teased the announcement of Vivo S6 on microblogging site Weibo. As per the teaser, the phone will have support for 5G network, unlike its predecessor which only had support for 4G. Although the brand did not mention anything, we can expect the phone to work on both SA (Standalone) and NSA (Non-standalone) 5G network. Unfortunately, this is the only thing we know about this upcoming mid-ranger from Vivo as the teaser does not say anything else. Hopefully, the company drops more teasers revealing the features of the device ahead of its unveiling day.
