Six months ago, Android 10 became official. In these six months, many phones have been updating to the new version of the operating system, although there are always differences between brands. There are brands that usually update their models quite quickly, while others are quite disappointing in this regard. So a new report on this is released.
Reports and lists are usually organized on which brands are the best updated. This is the case now with Android 10, thanks to the ComputerWorld report, where we can see after six months, which brands are the best complying with the updates.
Android 10 update: Google the best and Samsung improves a lot
As usual in these cases, Google is the brand that updates fastest. It’s not a surprise considering that the Google Pixels are the first to have access to the updates. This has also happened with Android 10, which has already been released for all the brand’s models, including the original Pixel and the mid-range Pixel 3a.
Gizchina News of the week
OnePlus is the second brand in this list. Since in September, about 18 days after this version of the operating system arrived, it was starting to update already. The brand has been quite fast in its updates.
Samsung is possibly the big surprise. Historically, the brand has not stood out for being one of the best when it comes to updating. They have been widely criticized for the delay in updating many of their phones, including the high-end models. With the arrival of Android 10, there has been an important change on their part, launching the updates more quickly, to models of different ranges.
LG has also made a greater effort to improve the updates, trying to make users with its high-end models have to wait less for it. So they stay in fourth position. While brands like HTC or Motorola disappoint, without having yet released Android 10 for their flagships or high-end phones.
