Huawei P40 Pro Premium edition appears in South Korea – Here’s the specs

In recent times, there have been increasing speculations regarding the Huawei P40 Series. Yesterday, the prices of the Huawei P40 series leaked on a Greek website. Although we can not confirm the authenticity of the leak, the device seems quite pricey. Now, a South Korean media has shown more about the Huawei P40 Pro Premium edition.

From the exposure, Huawei P40 Pro Premium edition uses a front dual-camera solution + matrix rear five-camera solution. As we all know, the body uses a four-curved design (ie the display curves on all four edges). Furthermore, this leak shows that the device uses an OLED 3K + 120Hz screen. This display has a resolution of 3160 x 1440 and a pixel value of 518ppi.

This smartphone will come with a Kirin 990 5G chip as well as 12GB of RAM and 512GB storage. In the camera department, it uses a Penta rear camera system. The actual configuration is 52MP + 40MP + 8MP + 3D ToF + periscope camera. On the front, we will have a 32MP shooter as well as a ToF 3D lens that supports Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) / Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). For its battery, this device comes with a hefty 5,000 mAh battery that supports 50W fast charge and 27W wireless fast charge.

Other features that we should expect in this device include on-screen fingerprint recognition, IP68 water/dust-proof rating, GPS, and NFC.  The Huawei P40 series will meet with us on March 26 at a global online conference.

HUAWEI P40 SERIES PRICES LEAK IN GREECE (EUROPE)

According to a Greek website, the list below shows the prices of  Huawei P40 in Greece.

  • Huawei P40 Pro 256GB – €1,139 ($1,272)
  • P40 128GB price – €849 ($948)
  • Huawei P40 Lite price – €329 ($367)
  • P40 lite E price – €199 ($222)
  • Huawei Mate XS 512GB – €2,499 ($2,790)
