Samsung Galaxy A71 5G Coming To China With Snapdragon 855


The Samsung Galaxy A71 has been launched globally long ago. And now, we have got the news that this phone will land in China as well. Interestingly, this Chinese version differs from the original model.

The Chinese version supports 5G networks. In this variant, the manufacturer put the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 mobile platform. It also uses an external 5G baseband to connect to the 5G network. At present, Samsung has not formally responded to the news.

The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G comes with a model of SM-A7160. By the way, it was found earlier in Geekbench’s database. This indicated that the machine will be released shortly. According to the latter, the Samsung Galaxy A71 comes with an 8GB memory, runs the Android 10 system, supports Bluetooth 5.0, and has a built-in battery larger than the overseas version.

However, other parameters of the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G may be the same as those of the overseas version. Thus, it uses a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen and is designed with a front hole lens in the middle of the display. The back of the fuselage adopts a quad-camera module. The latter includes a 64-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and two 5-megapixel sub-sensors.

By the way, the original variant sports the Snapdragon 730 chip. There was a minor change in the model launched in the Philippines – it sports the Snapdragon 730G chip.
