Unfortunately, we still have no much information from Vivo regarding the internal specifications. However, according to a recently spotted result at GeekBench, the Vivo S6 boasts Samsung’s Exynos 980 SoC under the hood. That explains the handset 5G capabilities since Samsung’s chip comes with an integrated 5G modem.

According to TENAA, the full specifications include a 6.44-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a fingerprint reader underneath, 6GB and 8GB of RAM, 128GB, and 256GB of storage. The handset runs with FunTouch OS 10 with Android 10 running atop. The photography department is covered by a 48MP camera on the back that is accompanied by one 8MP and two 2MP modules. Living inside of the notch, we have a 32MP selfie snapper.

The Vivo S6 draws power from a 4,390mAh battery which probably charges via a fast-charging tech.
