The OnePlus 8 series is quickly nearing the shores at the beginning of April. The Chinese company, this time, might surprise everyone with three devices – OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 8 Lite. Although, we can’t confirm the arrival of the mid-range phone since the COVID-19 pandemic could have changed the company’s plans. Since the devices are nearing up the launch, leaks are pouring everywhere. From specifications to leaked renders, we’re starting to paint a clear picture of the OnePlus 8. Today, a new color variant we never seen before appeared along with several pictures of the handset.
The source of the leaked shots is Roland Quandt’s WinFuture.de tech blog. According to the reliable website, the OnePlus 8 will be revealed on April 15. The phone is set to come in three different color options – Glacial Green, Onyx Black and a stunning new color option dubbed Interstellar Glow

According to the leaks, the new flagship will boast Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 SoC and has up to 12GB of RAM with up to 256GB of storage. There is a lesser variant with 8GB and 128GB as well. The specifications are built around a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone has a punch-hole for the 16MP selfie snapper and pronounced curves in the sides.
The rear part is also curved and covered with glass. The leaked renders show a Triple-Camera setup comprising a main 48MP shooter, 16MP ultrawide and 2MP depth sensor. There is a USB Type-C port at the bottom and two holes for the speaker and microphone.
The new high-end smartphone draws power from a 4,300mAh battery with 30W fast-charging technology. The smartphone debuts with Android 10 OS and OxygenOS 10 running atop.
