POCO India conducted an online webinar of sorts yesterday amidst the tight lockdown and it resulted in a few interesting revelations with respect to the brand’s roadmap of the near future. Here are a few important takeaways from that. One of the more interesting reveals was that the company is working on POCO TWS earbuds. Moreover, the officials also said that the POCO F2 would not be just a rebranded Redmi K30 Pro.

Gizchina News of the week
Now, this is as far as we can go as far as official information is concerned, we can make a few presumptions regarding the product. POCO’s biggest competitor and arch-rival is Realme and the company just came up with its first-ever TWS earphones called Realme Buds Air. It’s not unreasonable to expect POCO will be aiming for the same category which is under Rs 4,999 in India. We also expect the POCO TWS earbuds to launch soon, possibly with the POCO F2, speaking of which, the brand hinted that it won’t just be a Redmi K30 Pro repackage. This means that the POCO F2 is indeed coming, and it’s only a question of when.
Thankfully, this means the product could very well be on its way to launch. India is serving a 21-day lockdown which ends on April 15th and that is when we expect brands to become more vocal about their future launches and plans. Moreover, the company said that it plans to continue POCO Launcher developments over MIUI and it will also continue to nurture its POCO community that remains at the centre of its user feedback system.
