Gizchina News of the week
Initially, the same device was launched with a price tag of INR 36,990 ($483) which later increased to the current price due to the rise in mobile taxes. Well, the company will now once again change the Indian pricing. The new price cut makes sense considering the competitors’ offerings. Looking at the competition, OnePlus is offering its latest OnePlus 8 device at INR 41,999 ($549).
Furthermore, OnePlus has also slashed the price of its previous OnePlus 7T lineup which falls under the sub-40k budget. Vivo‘s sub-brand iQOO might be dropping the price of its smartphone to make it more appealing to the potential buyers. On a separate note, the company will launch its Neo 3 smartphone on April 23.
