With this framework, there is no need to upload users’ data to the cloud. Offline computing can be completed directly on the mobile device. The offline mode privacy technology protects user data a great deal. At the same time, Xiaomi also used the “differential privacy” protection algorithm in the MIUI 12 system. This technology will add some misleading information before data upload. This is to ensure that the uploaded data contains a fragment of fake information that can do the user no harm. However, the user can extract the original information at any time.
