Chinese manufacturing giant, Xiaomi, has been quite successful in the smart TV market. The company’s TV business is doing well especially in China and India. This afternoon, Li Xiaoshuang, general manager of Xiaomi Group’s TV department and general manager of its Home Appliances Department, said that a new TV has been certified by Dolby Vision.
According to the model number (Xiaomi L65M5-OD) shown on the Weibo post, this TV is most likely a 65-inch smart TV. There are also speculations that this TV will come with an OLED display panel.
The 55-inch and 65-inch versions of Xiaomi TV 5 Pro were launched at the end of last year. The 55-inch version comes with a 3699 yuan price tag while the 65-inch version sells for 4999 yuan. Xiaomi TV 5 Pro 65-inch comes with a quantum dot screen. It also supports 4K / HDR10+ and Dolby sound. However, this TV does not support Dolby Vision.

Li Xiaoshuang also said that each generation of Xiaomi’s TV is of high quality. In addition, each generation comes with a cool feature.
