Vivo S6 5G Streamer Secret color edition now available in China

Back in March, Vivo took the wraps off Vivo S6 5G smartphone in China. The handset came in three distinct colors – White, Black, and Blue. A few days ago, however, the company confirmed that a new color edition would be launched to complement the S6 series. Today is the great day and the new Vivo S6 5G Streamer Secret Color edition is finally available for Chinese customers.

The new Vivo S6 Streamer Secret color comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It retails for CNY 2,698 ($381). The new color variant is available in the 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage combo. Moreover, the company is offering a special gift box edition of the Vivo S6 Streamer Secret. This particular version is priced at CNY 2,798 (~$395) and includes headphones and postcards. The new variant is available via Vivo’s online store as well as other local online retailers like JD.com, Taobao, and Suning.

Vivo S6 5G specifications

The handset boasts a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. It also has a fingerprint scanner underneath and a 32MP selfie shooter. Under the hood, this is one of the few smartphones out of Samsung to equip the Exynos 980 SoC. It includes seamless 5G connectivity thanks to an integrated modem. The handset has LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.1 storage that can be expanded via a microSD card.

On the rear, the handset has a Quad-Camera setup comprising a 48MP shooter + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP modules. It draws power from a 4,500mAh battery with 18W fast-charging.
