The LG Velvet smartphone, with which the company intends to begin a new phase of its existence in the market, will go on sale on May 15. In addition, the price and the official information should be revealed on May 7.
And while all this has not happened, we have the opportunity to look at the new product on the new set of “live” photos. It seems that the smartphone has already been set in South Korea stores.
We have already seen the design as a whole, but now we can appreciate the details. For example, we can see the thin frame above and below the screen and on the sides, which is also due to the curved edges of the display.
As a result, LG Velvet looks unusual enough, but of course, there is nothing extraordinary in the design. It has dimensions of 167.2 x 74.1 x 7.9 mm and weighs 180 g. That is, by modern standards, the smartphone is quite thin and far from the heaviest. Well, do not forget that the smartphone is not afraid of water and dust (IP68), and also offers additional protection according to the MIL-STD-810 standard.
