MediaTek Announced Dimensity 1000+ 5G Chip: iQOO Is The First

This afternoon, MediaTek officially released the flagship Dimensity 1000+ 5G processor. In comparison to the original model, it comes with a few enhancements such as 144Hz screen support, and enhanced gaming, display, and power-saving technologies. At the same time, MediaTek also reached cooperation with iQOO. Also, the company announced that iQOO will launch the world’s first new product equipped with the Dimensity 1000+.

As a new generation flagship 5G chip, the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ supports SA and NSA dual-mode 5G networking and is the only chip in the industry equipped with 5G + 5G dual-card dual standby and 5G dual-carrier aggregation technology. It brings users a faster and more stable network speed experience. The chip is also optimized through power-saving technology to achieve the world’s lowest 5G power consumption and longer battery life.

The MediaTek Dimensity 1000 Plus supports the industry’s highest screen refresh rate of 144Hz in terms of core performance. Also, it comes with a new MiraVision image quality engine for chip-level image quality optimization. Plus, through the network optimization engine, operation optimization engine, and intelligent load control engine, the chip optimizes the entire scene of the game, bringing a better game experience.

In its turn, VIVO’s sub-brand iQOO said that it will launch the Dimensity 1000 Plus smartphone for the first time. And it will carry out in-depth tuning for this flagship chip. With the support of Multi-Turbo and other engine technologies, it will maximize the strength of the chip.

At the moment, there is still no specific information concerning the upcoming handset.
