After the not-so-impressive Nokia 9 PureView, the company is gearing up to unveil its long-awaited improved successor in the form of Nokia 9.3 PureView. However, we can say that the Finnish company is taking its time, and this long waiting will be compensated by advanced camera capabilities. According to rumors, the new flagship will have a 108MP sensor. Now, a new report states that this camera will be capable o recording 8K@30fps videos.
Of course, this feature will only see the light of day if the engineers working on the phone are satisfied with the results. We know that part of this video recording support is given by the use of Snapdragon 865. The company won’t repeat the mistake of releasing a flagship phone with outdated specifications. Besides the video recording, the developers are also working to ensure advanced Pro and Night modes for photography. The phone will come with advanced image processing algorithms and a wide array of manual controls. Night mode will include advanced pixel binning and OIS.

The report also states that this camera will feature exclusive “ZEISS effects”. This exclusivity is because other companies like Sony will be partnering with ZEISS. Considering that ZEISS won’t be something exclusive to the Nokia 9.3 PureView, the company wants to ensure that, at least, it has some exclusive features coming from this partnership.
Apart from the leaks and rumors, we’re yet to get a consistent proof about the Nokia 9.3 PureView existence. A recent report states that it may be the first smartphone to arrive with an under-glass selfie shooter. If we combine all these rumors, the new flagship sounds to be truly promising.
