Huawei launched P40 Lite in February. The cheapest P40 smartphone came with Kirin 810 SoC, meaning the device was not 5G supported. A few days earlier, a device called P40 Lite 5G was speculated to launch in Europe. And now, Huawei has silently added the device to the official website. We now have specifications as well as the price tag for the new 5G mid-range smartphone.
Huawei P40 Lite 5G Specifications:
Huawei P40 Lite 5G is a re-branded Nova 7 SE, which is already available in China. P40 Lite 5G features a 6.5-inch FHD+ display, but hey something is interesting. Surfing through the official specifications page, it says the device has an OLED panel. Whereas the display on Nova 7 SE is IPS, it probably seems like a typo mistake.
Anyway, moving forward the device features a 64-megapixel primary sensor paired with an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter, 2-megapixel depth sensor. And finally an additional 2-megapixel sensor for macro shots. On the front side, a punch-hole notch is housing a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies.
