Back in March, Oppo has taken the wraps off its highly-anticipated Oppo Find X2 Pro featuring a premium design with powerful specifications and advanced cameras. Despite its premium appeal, there is an aspect that the handset really lacked – It came in two single color options – Orange Vegan Leather and Ceramic Black. To address this, the company released a third option called Gray Vegan Leather. Now according to Chinese sources, the company is going to unveil a new leather option called Green Vegan. According to the report, the artificial Leather options are hugely popular in China and for that reason, the company wants to expand the portfolio of offerings.
You can have a good idea of how the phone will look thanks to the above image. It’s similar to the Orange Leather version but with a bright green tone this time around. Interestingly enough, the report states that the company will sell this color for the very same price, which currently is CNY 6,999 (~$980/€900). It’s really nice to see such a move from Oppo, after all there are companies that believe it’s okay to charge more $200 for new colors (take that Samsung). Moreover, the new option will arrive with the 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage configuration.

Moving around to the back, we have a Triple-camera setup comprising a primary 48MP Sony’s IMX689 sensor. Moreover, there is a secondary 48MP 120-degrees ultra-wide IMX586 sensor and a 13MP periscope telephoto module. The handset comes with OIS + EIS, 20x hybrid optical zoom and 60x digital zoom.
The flagship draws power from a 4,260mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 charging. It runs Android 10-based ColorOS 7.1 straight out of the box.
