Razer updates its Blade Pro 17 gaming laptop with a 300Hz screen

Razer is like Apple in the gaming laptop segment. The range of laptops of the company is represented by several models that stand out by their design, top-end characteristics and are very expensive. Fundamentally new models are rarely released (with an interval of a couple of years), but the existing Razer updates with enviable regularity. After the 15-inch models Razer Blade 15 and Razer Blade 15 Advanced, as well as the 13-inch Razer Blade Stealth 13, it is now the turn of the largest flagship model – Razer Blade Pro 17.

And although the manufacturer calls the product all-new, in fact, the new Razer Blade Pro 17 looks no different from last year’s model, not counting the revised keyboard by analogy with the Razer Blade 15, and all changes are concentrated inside the case.

Perhaps the most important improvement in the Razer Blade Pro 17 is that instead of the 144-Hertz 1080p panel, it now offers a 300-Hertz one. In addition, the Razer Blade Pro 17 is equipped with an 8-core 16-stream Intel Core i7-10875H chip with a frequency of up to 5.1 GHz in Turbo Boost mode (in all configurations) and a discrete graphics card RTX 2070 Max-Q or RTX 2080 Super Max- Q. Other parameters are also at a high level.

The new Razer Blade Pro 17 will go on sale later this month at prices ranging from $ 2,599 to $ 3,799, but at first it will only be available at the Razer online store and some retail chains in the US and Canada. Later it can be bought in Europe, but there is no details about the exact dates.
