Realme X3 SuperZoom specifications confirmed through new teasers

Realme will hold an event in China on May 25, where the brand will announce a plethora of new devices including smartphones, earbuds, a smart TV, and a smartwatch. Among the smartphones we have the Realme X3, X3 SuperZoom, and X50 Pro Player. At least the X3 SuperZoom is confirmed for Europe on May 26, just one day after its Chinese debut. Today, the European branch of Realme shared a couple of teasers to build the hype for the global reveal of the X3 SuperZoom. This particular device has been popping out a lot recently, revealing most of its specifications.

The company’s latest teaser confirms some of the already leaked specifications and also fully reveals the back and front design of the smartphone.

Realme starts with a teaser the confirms the Snapdragon 855+ SoC on this chipset. According to it, the X3 SuperZoom will reach the highest score at AnTuTu (517,743) with the said chipset. Of course, this seems to be due to good software optimization, or Realme has maximized the use of the SD855+ SoC. It’s interesting to see the company adopting the last year’s flagship chipset. This way, we’ll have a smartphone that offers extreme performance while the cost will be below devices bearing S865+.

Moreover, the handset will sport a 120Hz display, however, for the sake of affordability it will be an LCD display. For that reason, we’ll have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner instead of an in-display solution. Looking at the teaser video, we can see how the Realme X3 SuperZoom resembles its predecessor X2 Pro. The major difference comes in the display since the new handset sports a pill-shaped punch-hole design for the dual selfie cameras. The X2 Pro used the waterdrop notch solution.
