Redmi Earbuds S With Game Mode Launched In India At Rs. 1,799

Redmi has launched its new pair of truly wireless earphones named Redmi Earbuds S in India. The same earbuds were launched in China as Redmi AirDots S earlier. The new pair of earbuds is a cheaper option compared to Mi True Wireless Earphones 2, as well as Realme Buds Air Neo. Let’s see what the new earbuds carry.

Redmi EarBuds S Features:

The EarBuds S maybe light on price, but not in features. Redmi EarBuds are designed, keeping gaming and an affordable price in mind. The EarBuds carries a compact form factor, whereas the design is very similar to older Redmi earbuds. Each weighing 4.1g makes them lightweight. Being lightweight doesn’t mean a compromise on playback time!  The earphones come with around 4 hours of battery life but with the additional charging provided by the charging case, up to 12 hours of use can be expected. While the earbuds use Bluetooth 5.0 as a connectivity option. The device uses  7.2mm drivers, and are IPX4-rated for water resistance.

Gizchina News of the week

For gamers, the earbuds carry a low latency mode meaning the audio lag will be less. This is very essential, as I remember playing PUBG Mobile on my earlier Redmi earbuds was awful but thanks to the game mode, this problem is also solved. Talking about sound quality, the earbuds are said to carry a punchier sound thanks to DSP noise reduction. There is a Multifunction button which you can use to control certain things. The earbuds are supported by voice assistants as well as environmental noise reduction. For more durability the device has IPX4 sweat & splash-proof.
