After many leaks, ZTE is now confirmed to unveil the new ZTE Axon 11 SE in the next Monday, June 1. While there are still a few days to come before the launch, the specifications of the handset have been listed by a Chinese retailer. Tmall decided to publish a listing for the smartphone complete with full specifications. There will be hardly any surprise left for the June 1 launch.
ZTE Axon 11 SE specifications
The list of devices sporting MediaTek 800 SoC is finally growing! The ZTE Axon 11 SE will be the next handset sporting MediaTek’s excellent chipset with seamless 5G connectivity. The processing unit will be paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM. Storage-wise there are two variants with either 128GB or 256GB of storage. These specifications are built around a 6.53-inch Display with FHD+ resolution. In counterpart to the vanilla Axon 11, the SE has a display of the LCD kind. There’s no in-display fingerprint scanner, but you have a punch-hole 16MP selfie to remind you that this is a 2020 phone.
Gizchina News of the week
The camera department is composed by 4 sensors sitting inside of a square-ish island. There’s a 48MP main shooter leading the show, an 8MP ultrawide snapper, and two 2MP modules. One for depth data and another one for macro shots. The rear also serves as a house for the fingerprint scanner.
The Axon 11 SE draws power from a 4,000mAh battery. It presumably supports 18W fast-charging just like the vanilla Axon 11. On the software front, we have Android 10. However, ZTE’s proprietary skin MiFavor UI will be running atop. According to the listing, the handset will be offered in Black, Blue and White color options.
Unfortunately, the price isn’t listed, however, the device is said to hit the $280 range. It won’t be the cheapest of 5G smartphones, but that’s not too bad considering how the new network standard is making phones expensive. More details will be revealed the next Monday.
