Official photos of the upcoming Oppo Reno 4 Pro have leaked

High-quality press images of the Oppo Reno 4 Pro smartphone, which together with the Reno 4 will debut on June 5, were leaked. The smartphone is shown on renders in two colors – black and white.

It is known that the Snapdragon 765G processor will form the basis of the devices. The chip combines eight Kryo 475 cores with a frequency of up to 2.4 GHz. This alongside an Adreno 620 graphics accelerator. And an X52 5G modem with support for fifth-generation mobile networks.

Both new devices will arrive with a multi-module rear camera. In the Reno 4 Pro version, it will include a 48-megapixel unit with optical stabilization (OIS), 13 and 12 MP sensors, as well as a laser autofocus system. The Reno 4 camera will combine 48 MP sensors (without OIS), 8 and 2 MP sensors alongside a laser autofocus system.

Both smartphones will have a 4000 mAh battery with support for fast 65-watt charging. In addition, both phones will run ColorOS 7.1 based on Android 10.

The capacity of the flash drive is 128 and 256 GB. The devices will arrive with 8 GB of RAM. And the bigger version will also come with 12 GB of RAM.

The Oppo Reno 4 series is not considered to be a true flagship. It’s a bit strange that the manufacturer has decided to power it by the SND765G instead of Snapdragon 768G. Say, even the Google Pixel 5 chose this chip instead of the Snapdragon 865. And the goal is the same –to control the price.

Oppo Reno 4 series including Oppo Reno 4 & Reno 4 Pro has been in the leaks for a couple of days now. And finally, the release date of the fourth installment in the Reno series has been officially confirmed. Oppo has confirmed on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo that the Reno 4 series will be announced on June 5 in China.
