The Huawei Enjoy series models have been always focusing on Chinese customers that do not want to spend much on a smartphone. The latest from this line should be the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro. And though we have heard about some features of this handset, today, the company issued an official statement. According to the announcement, the phone will hit the market as soon as on June 19.
Also, apart from the release date, the company also provided a promo video clip. The latter showcases some features of the upcoming handset. Say, in the video, we can see the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro uses a water drop screen design on the front, a matrix rear three-camera module on the back, a side fingerprint recognition option, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Prior to this, some sources reported that Huawei is working on a new handset that sports a MediaTek Dimensity 800 chip. (Do not confuse it with the Honor X10 Max). The information came our way from a reliable leakster Digital Chat Station on Weibo. In the Weibo post, he also says that the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro will feature a 48MP primary camera. Plus, it will support 22.5W fast charging. Well, when turning to the rumors, we have heard the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro will be packed with a 90Hz LCD display.

MediaTek Dimensity 800 On Other Huawei Phones
Moreover, the Huawei Enjoy Z 5G is the first phone powered with the same MediaTek Dimensity 800+ SoC. It features a 6.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The phone is packed with a rear camera that includes a 48MP primary camera + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP depth sensors combination. On the front side, there is a 16 MP selfie shooter.
On the one hand, it is senseless for Huawei to release a few Dimensity 800 smartphones in a short period of time. We mean Huawei is making its own chips. And it still remains a big question why the Chinese tech giant has decided to act so. But on the other hand, we have heard Huawei ordered many chips to MediaTek. Moreover, the latest report says the initial order volume was tripled. Now, when we look at the already-launched Huawei Enjoy Z, and the upcoming Honor X10 Max and Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro, we understand which handsets will be packed with these chips.
