Realme has finally locked down a date for the launch of Realme X3 and X3 Super Zoom in India. The company, along with the budget flagship smartphones, is also expected to announce other smart products like the Realme Buds Q on June 25th.
After weeks of uncertainty about the existence of X3, the company has finally cleared the air that X3 series will have the Realme X3, and the X3 Super Zoom via twitter. A teaser poster that accompanies the tweet showcases the 60X digital Zooming and astrophotography modes on the X3 Super Zoom.
If we recall, the Company’s CEO Madhav Sheth teased the Super Zoom feature of X3 a while ago. Few days later, the budget flagship, the Realme X3 Super Zoom, was launched in Europe at the end of May.
Realme X3 Super Zoom: Could it be the Flagship of the year?
The smartphone has the older flagship Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855+ SoC. There is a 6.6-inch FHD LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate. It also has LPDDR4x RAM up to 12GB and up to 128GB UFS 3.0 storage.
However, the highlight of the device is the 5X optical and 60x digital zoom which is possible due to the 8MP periscope camera with OIS. Other sensors include a main 64MP Samsung GW1, an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro lens.

It also has the latest Bluetooth 5, WiFi, GPS, LTE for connectivity in addition to the USB-C ports, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 4,200mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging.
Realme X3: The mysterious sibling
The sibling Realme X3, however, has been torn out of leaks. It has barely surfaced online so far with few rumours pointing to similar specifications of the X3 Super Zoom.
There is also a possibility that the device might sport a slightly low powered Snapdragon 765 5G SoC but considering the higher X3 Super Zoom itself being a 4G-LTE device, it is advisable to take this leak with a pinch of salt.
Expected Price
As for the price, the X3 Super Zoom retails for €499 in Europe. Considering the price-sensitive nature of the Indian market, we can expect aggressive pricing from the company.
In addition to the X3 series, the company is also expected to announce a few other products like the Realme Buds Q, Realme Wireless Charger and flagship 55-inch TV but we will have to wait for a few more days to know more about them.
