The update mainly affected the capabilities of the camera. So, Galaxy A51 now supports Single take, My filters and Night hyperlapse. Exactly the same new functionality was received by the more expensive A71.
New features also appeared in the gallery and keyboard applications. Starting from this day, Smart Cropping is available for the owners of these smartphones, which allows them to crop images without wasting time. The company’s keyboard added the ability to translate text directly from it and the function of quick undo/redo of the previous action. These new features are present in the Galaxy S20 series.
In addition, the update also seriously worked on optimization and security, but Samsung did not disclose any details.
For the Galaxy A51, the new version of the system will be released under the build code A515FXXU3BTF4. The update build number for the A71 is A715FXXU2ATG1.
