Chinese manufacturing giant, Huawei, is simultaneously working on a couple of flagships. The flagship Huawei Mate 40 series will probably arrive in September or October. Furthermore, another flagship from the company, Huawei P50 series should arrive in March 2021. According to Huawei officials, its flagships takes 18 months of research and development before it arrives in the market. This means that the Huawei P50 series is already in its advanced stages of development.
As usual, the longer a device spends in development, the more likely we get authentic leaks of its specs. Now, in a recent post from a Chinese source, the Huawei P50 Pro design is nothing like we have seen before. The article shows unofficial renders of this smartphone which could turn out to be true. However, it could also be a far cry from the real deal. Nevertheless, the design is interesting and worth talking about.
Gizchina News of the week
First and foremost, we can’t fail to notice the knife design of this smartphone which leaves a deep impression on enthusiasts. This design is quite different from the previous renders that we have seen. Generally, the concept design of the Huawei P50 Pro is similar to the current P40 Pro. However, the bezels around the display are narrower, and the dual punch-hole camera in the upper left corner is smaller. This should deliver an immersive visual impression.
Huawei P50 Pro render impresses with the rear camera design & the Stylus
On the rear, the Huawei P50 Pro abandons the popular rectangular camera design. However, it seems to rotate the rectangular camera design clockwise by 90°. This achieving a relatively rare horizontal design. In addition, the designer also equipped it with a color-contrast stylus. The presence of a stylus is the main highlight of this smartphone. Overall, the this latest render is new because of the rear camera and the stylus. Removing these features, this concept design lacks novelty.
Recall that a few weeks ago, Wang Yonggang, manager of Huawei’s P series products featured on a Chinese program “Flip-It”. According to him, each generation of the P-Series breaks new ground. The company achieves this using the cutting-edge capabilities of the R&D team and its partners. Furthermore, he stated that the Huawei P50 series have more surprise in store for Huawei fans.
Perhaps, the addition of the Stylus pen is one of the major surprises, only time will tell. Another possibility is the use of an on-screen camera. Chinese manufacturer, Visionox is already mass-producing this display. Visionox revealed that many top manufacturers have already placed their orders.
