Samsung is finally bringing the Galaxy M31s to India on July 30th. The company has already confirmed that the device will have a 64MP sensor equipped quad-camera. Now, a short micro-site update has revealed that the device will have a whopping battery onboard. Not to mention support for faster charging that is featuring regularly on M series phones.

As spotted by Gadgets360, the micro-site listing on the Amazon India page has revealed backup of a 6,000mAh battery. This goes in-line with the earlier hints that speculated the battery size onboard similar to the Galaxy M31.

The interesting part, however, is the 25W fast charging and reverse charging support. This makes us believe that the device could pack in a 25W charger in the box. But we will have to wait and see if the company does actually include it.

Further, the listing also reveals that the device will have an Infinity-O display with a centred punch-hole and slim bezels. This is a lot similar in looks to the famous Galaxy A51 with a centred punch-hole.

The display will be a FHD+ Super AMOLED one. And regardless of the screen type, this will be a worthy upgrade over the water-drop notch style on the M31. As for the internals, it is expected to host an Exynos 9611 SoC and come with RAM up to 6GB according to a geekbench listing a while back.

The camera setup, as revealed by the company, has a square-shaped layout and is yet again, similar to the A51. As per the company, there will be a 64-MP sensor present as one of the four cameras and will capture multiple shots on a single-take intelligently.

Other sensors expected are an 8MP ultra-wide, 5MP macro and a 5MP depth sensor. We can also expect other features like the USB-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS. A micro-SD card slot for expansion will also likely be present here as well.

Galaxy A51 without NFC?

As pointed out by the earlier geekbench listing, the device will run the latest Samsung One UI based on Android 10 out-of-the-box. The teaser on Amazon shows gradient blue and White combo color, but we can expect traditional colors like Black as well.

All these changes point to a guess that the M31s could be a Galaxy A51 without NFC chip on board and a bigger battery.

The Samsung Galaxy M31s is expected to have 64/128GB storage option and if reports by IANS is true, then the device will debut at around Rs.20,000 segment.

Apart from this the company is reportedly planning to launch a Galaxy M51 with an AMOLED display, Snapdragon 675 SoC and a whopping 7,000mAh battery. If this ends up being true, such a huge battery would be a first for the M series.
