Google’s Android 10 is already available for a plethora of Xiaomi phones. However, entry-level smartphones do not expect to get such updates early. According to recent report, the Redmi 8A, Xiaomi’s Q4 2019 entry-level device is now getting the Android 10 update. This smartphone is receiving the stable version of MIUI 11 based on the Android 10. The version number is V11.0.2.0QCPCNXM, and the download package size is 1.8GB.
As usual, users should ensure that they back up their data before attempting the download. Also, this update will not arrive on all units at the same time. Thus, if you have not gotten this update, just exercise some patience. Alternatively, you can go to settings to check for available updates manually.
