Motorola has officially announced that their latest One Fusion+ will be coming to the US starting on August 5th with a price tag of $399. The pop-up camera smartphone, previously unveiled in June, is set to compete with the just launched Google Pixel 4a; along with the iPhone SE also priced $399.
Let’s quickly recap the most important specs we find on this very interesting mid-ranger. Starting with the display, a 6.5-inch Total Vision IPS TFT LCD panel, with Full HD + resolution. There are no edges or notches; the 16MP selfie camera is indeed hidden in the motorized pop-up mechanism. Plus we find an automatic closing system in case of accidental fall.
On the back of the device there is a camera array with a total of four sensors, the main one has a resolution of 64MP. Although there’s a large amount of pixels we’ll be able to get better shots even in unfavorable environmental conditions (low light) as the Quad Pixel technology allows to capture more light. Next to the main camera, there is the 8MP ultra wide-angle camera, which will let us shoot photos with a viewing angle of 118 degrees. The third sensor has a resolution of 5MP and takes cares of snapping excellent macros. Finally, the fourth sensor sports 2MP resolution and is used to ensure the fancy bokeh effect.
