Samsung had recently announced the Galaxy M31s, and now the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M51 bearing model number SM-M515F; has landed on the official support page of Samsung’s Russian website. This could be an clear indicator that the company is gearing up and may soon launch the Galaxy M51 in Russia. According to some reports, the Galaxy M51 is going to a mid-range smartphone from the company. While the support page makes it clear that the launch is imminent; it does not reveal any of the specifications or design of the smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy M51 Rumored Specifications
The smartphone had previously received certification from important platforms like the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the U.S. and Bluetooth SIG authority. The Samsung Galaxy M51 will possibly be sporting a 6.7-inch FHD+ display with a punch-hole to house the selfie camera. The smartphone will reportedly be using the Snapdragon 730G chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128 GB’s of internal storage. There have been claims previously claiming that the M51 would be packing in a gigantic 7,000mAh sized battery capacity on board with support for 25W fast charging. The phone will run on Android 10 OS along with the latest One UI out of the box.

The huge battery could be coupled with 25W fast charging. According to reports, the M51 will pack a 64MP Quad-Camera setup on the back. While the 64MP unit is pretty much confirmed, some details are still missing. Also, the folks over at SamMobile revealed that this main unit will be joined by a 12MP ultra-wide unit. Unfortunately, the purpose of the other modules is currently unknown, but the depth and macro modules are the most plausible choices. The other specifications might include a 3.5mm headphone jack, in-display fingerprint scanner, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, and a USB Type-C port.
M51 Expected Launch Date and Pricing
While there’s still no exact date for the M51 unveiling, it’s said to debut in India in September. In addition, this is a handset that will certainly reach other countries in the future. Judging by the leaked specs we’re not expecting it to cost more than $300. The Galaxy M31s packed in a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED panel, runs on Exynos 9611 chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage. For optics, it packs in a 64MP quad-camera setup and more.
