After a long wait, Oppo has finally revealed the Oppo A53 in Indonesia. The new handset packs in the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset; features a single punch-hole display, a triple rear camera module and more. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Incase 64GB is not adequate enough for your media consumption needs, the storage can be expanded by up to 256GB with the help of an external SD card. For the software, the Oppo A53 as other Oppo smartphones goes runs on ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10. The smartphone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, which has scope topped up with an 18W fast charger using a USB Type-C charging port present at the bottom. However, even after packing in a huge battery, the handset retains the 3.5mm headphone jack.

As far as the pricing is concerned, The new smartphone has been priced at Rp 2,499,000 in Indonesia, which roughly converts to around Rs.12,700. Currently, the device is available in a single memory variant, which has 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of internal storage. There are two colour options to choose namely Electric Black and Fancy Blue.
