Motorola will launch the Motorola Razr 5G (aka Motorola Razr 2) on September 9. Recently, evleaks showed the latest renderings of this phone.
From the picture, we can see that the new Razr phone is thicker and the outline of the body is more rounded. The new machine has a better rear camera, smaller notch, and does not use an external fingerprint recognition module.
Previously, we saw a patent, which showed the smartphone would integrate a foldable display and will have sensitive sides to the user’s touch. Also, the lateral touch band would consist of several sensors capable of associating 20 different functions. In correspondence with the recognition of 20 different gestures. We mean the rounded edges shouldn’t be added on its own. They will have a certain function.
Apart from the design leaks, we have got some information concerning its hardware as well. The Motorola RAZR 5G will ship with a Snapdragon 765 (not Snapdragon 765G). So, once again, Motorola’s foldable device will be below other foldable phones with flagship hardware. The Snapdragon 765 is good, but its performance can’t even surpass the Snapdragon 855+ found in the Z Flip. The processing power will be coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of native storage.

About Snapdragon 765G
In fact, the Snapdragon 765G is not as bad as you may think. In a special article, we talked about all the devices powered by this chip. And we know, it’s a very popular solution for pseudo-flagship smartphones.
Note: the Snapdragon 765G is the same Snapdragon 765. But it’s been designed for gaming phones. Honestly, the manufacturer increased the large core frequency from 2.3GHz to 2.4GHz. Plus, it added Snapdragon Elite Gaming features (Game Smoother, Game Fast Loader, Game Network Latency Manager, Jank Reducer 2.0, Predictive Game Auto Tuner).
The device itself is expected to come with a 6.2-inch flexible P-OLED internal display while the outer secondary screen is said to get a bump up to 2.7-inches. Motorola is also expected to upgrade the cameras on the RAZR with a 48MPsensor on the back and a 20MP selfie shooter under the notch upfront as opposed to 16MP and a 5MP on the predecessor respectively.
The source evLeaks had earlier confirmed that the device will have an AT&T version.
