Mi 10T Pro specs and render surface, Mi 10T and 10T Lite coming soon

Mi 10T Pro

Back in the last year, Xiaomi decided to put the POCO brand to sleep. Instead of a sequel for the popular flagship killer, the company decided to start a new flagship series through the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. The Redmi K20 series, however, was only available in China and India. The rest world got the same devices rebranded to Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro. We weren’t expecting a Mi 10T family this year, however, it seems to be coming soon. According to a leak from Abhishek Yadav, the Mi 10T, Mi10T Pro and a less-powerful Mi 10T Lite smartphones are coming soon.

The leakster even shared a render of the upcoming smartphone alongside some of the key specifications. According to the leaked info, the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro will flaunt an LCD with a 144Hz refresh rate. The high refresh rate has pretty much turned mandatory among flagship smartphones. It will be a first for Xiaomi’s affordable smartphone series. Unfortunately, the screen size isn’t mentioned here, but we know that it packs a punch-hole like the big majority of 2020 smartphones. As we said before, this phone won’t have an OLED display, hence, the fingerprint scanner is placed on the side.

Mi 10T Pro a smartphone for hardware lovers

According to the leakster, this phone will be another of Xiaomi’s powerful camera smartphones. It will pack four rear cameras with a 108MP snapper leading the show. The render shows that the 108MP sensor occupies a pretty large part of the square-ish housing. There are other three cameras completing the setup along with a LED flash that is placed below.

There is an important detail that certainly will please lovers of battery juice. The Mi 10 Pro will pack a massive 5,000mAh battery. However, we are not sure about its charging capabilities. Worth noting that this battery surpasses the one offered with the Mi 10 5G and Mi 10 Ultra smartphones. Unfortunately, there is no mention of the processor powering the handset. However, we know it will be another handset to join the 5G bandwagon. The Snapdragon 865 and Snapdragon 865 are two viable choices. But reports about an upcoming Snapdragon 860 are pouring everywhere and it may be a viable choice as well.

Apparently, the Mi 10T Pro will be an original device and not one of Xiaomi’s rebadges. However, we cannot yet say about the other siblings.
