Earlier today, Realme posted the first-ever teaser video of the Realme 7 series on its official Twitter account. The video kicks off by words “Fast”, “Faster” and “Fastest”. The smartphone maker has done a small play by using “7astest” instead of “Fastest”. The caption of the post mentions “Redefining 7astest” which is the company’s motto for the lineup.

Sadly, the teaser video doesn’t reveal anything else about the upcoming lineup. It does suggest the fact that the smartphone is getting closer to its official unveiling. With that said, we should see more teasers and reveals in the coming days. It is also worth noting that Realme’s CEO Madhav Seth will talk about the Realme 7 lineup in its upcoming #AskMadhav episode.
Specs, features
While there is no concrete information on smartphones, various reports suggest that Realme 7 is nothing but a rebranded X7. We might see the smartphone coming with an in-display fingerprint sensor considering the CEO recently asked the fans about the fingerprint position. Many of the fans preferred the under-display one. Previously, the Pro version appeared on a certification revealing the 4,500 mAh battery and the fast 65W fast charging solution.
Previous rumors also point towards three possible memory configurations for the vanilla and two variants for the Pro one. The vanilla variant will be available in 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB. The Pro version, on the other hand, will arrive in 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB options. According to a previous sneak-leak, there is going to be a quad rectangular camera module on the back. We were also able to see a noticeable protrusion which is becoming more and more common nowadays. Some reports also talk about a 120Hz refresh rate panel on the Pro version as well
Coming to the pricing, the lineup should fall somewhere between the INR 15,000 ($202) and INR 20,000 ($269) in the country.
