Earlier this month, Samsung launched a bunch of flagship products namely Galaxy Note 20 duo, Galaxy Tab S7 lineup along with wearables namely Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Buds Live. Well, the chaebol still has a plethora of other products in its sleeves. One such device is the upcoming Galaxy S20 Fan Edition. For those who’re unaware, the S20 Fan Edition is nothing but a successor to the previous-gen Galaxy S10 Lite. This time the smartphone maker is going with the different naming conventions.

Thanks to a new leak, we now have the pricing information for the 5G variant of the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will arrive in two different model numbers depending on the connectivity. We’re looking at SM-G780 for LTE and SM-G781 for 5G. Thanks to a new leak, we now know the tentative pricing for the 5G smartphone. The 5G variant should arrive with a CAD 1,148.65 (i.e. $878) price tag. Furthermore, the report adds six color options namely Lavender, Navy, Orange, Red, Sky Green, and White. We’re looking at a wide range of color options here.

To recall, these are the same color variants that the notable tipster Evan Blass revealed in his previous leak. With that said, the price that we’re talking about here is for the 5G variant only. There is no solid information for the LTE version of the smartphone. Previously, we saw a 360-degree view of the smartphone. According to those render videos, there is a tiny punch-hole cutout on the display located in the middle. On the rear, the device features a triple rear camera module with accent colors as well. the design compliments the other Galaxy S20 devices.

Specs, features

To recall, the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will arrive with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O panel. The display will have a Full HD+ resolution, HDR10+ support, and a high-refresh-rate of 120Hz. Since there is no fingerprint sensor on the back or side, we’re looking at the one that is embedded inside the display. Under the hood, the device will make use of either in-house Exynos 990 chipset or Snapdragon 865 chipset. The SoC will be paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage with microSD expansion.

On the rear, there is a triple camera module featuring a 12MP primary sensor, 12MP ultrawide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens. For selfies and video calling, there is a 32MP selfie camera. Powered by a 4,500mAh battery, the device supports 45W fast charging.
