Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 2020 Renders Leaked Showing off Gold and Gray colors

While the Android tablet market has been dormant over the last couple of years; Apple’s iPad has managed to do the contrary. Samsung has been working hard to overcome the Android tablet markets with its flagship Galaxy Tab S lineup. Samsung appears to be working on a new tablet; as leaked renders now show off the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 2020 in its Gold and Gray colours.

Galaxy Tab A7 Renders

Thanks to Evan ‘evleaks’ Blass and his Patreon, the renders of the Galaxy Tab A7 2020 have been leaked and they show off the upcoming android tablet from Samsung in two different colours. From the renders, it can be seen that the tablet is surprisingly basic in looks; with the design pretty similar to the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite from the same manufacturer. There is a single rear camera and a front with decently-sized bezels. Samsung branding can be seen on the back.

While Evan does not mention anything else, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 (SM-T505); had earlier previously appeared in its 10.4-inch variant in a Google Play Console listing. According to the listing, the Galaxy Tab S7 will pack in a  10.4-inch display; with a resolution of 1200 x 2000 pixels. Under the hood, the tablet could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset; and have at least 3GB of RAM onboard.

Galaxy Tab A7

Going by the looks and preliminary specifications, we do expect the Galaxy Tab A7 2020 to be specialised for some of the early segments of the market with multiple storage variants and possible options for Wi-Fi-only and LTE models. While it isn’t immediately clear if the tablet would officially support the new S Pen just like the Galaxy Tab S7 series or the S6 Lite, it is unlikely that an S Pen would be included in the box as the target pricing is expected to be humble.
