The latest smartphones launched by OPPO in China are the Reno 4 and the 4 Pro. Last month, two other models passed the Bluetooth SIG certification. There is every reason to think we are talking about the Reno 4 Lite and the Reno 4 Z. According to the latest released design patents, OPPO may also launch a new Reno series smartphone.
OPPO submitted a design patent to the National Intellectual Property Office (CNIPA) on February 20, 2020, and officially announced it on September 1, 2020. The design patent contains multiple color renderings, showing a series of OPPO smartphones that have not yet been released.
As we can see, this handset will come with a flat screen and double-hole front camera design (located on the left). The rear camera sensors are arranged vertically on the upper left corner. And an LED flash is placed on the right side of the AI quad-camera. Unfortunately, the configuration of the camera is still unknown. It probably involves a wide-angle lens, an ultra-wide-angle lens, a telephoto camera (not periscope camera) and a monochrome lens.
There is a double button on the left to adjust the volume. On the right, we can find the power button. A USB-C connection port is provided on the bottom side, where a microphone and speakers are also placed. We guess there will be another microphone on the upper side of the device.

Known Features Of Reno 4 Lite and Reno 4 Z
Anyway, the alleged Reno 4 Lite and the Reno 4 Z have got various certifications previously. So we know what will be under the hood.
According to the certification listing, the OPPO Reno 4 Z bears a 6.57-inch HD+ display. Under the hood, the have the brand new MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC at a 2.0GHz clock speed. The phone also comes with a 4,000mAh battery. It also runs on ColorOS 7.1 straight out of the box.
The Reno 4 Lite will feature a 6.43-inch HD+ screen. Under the hood, we have another MediaTek 2.0GHz chipset and a 4,000mAh battery.
Unfortunately, we still have no official confirmation from OՊՊՕ regarding the launch of these two new devices. However, this should happen pretty soon as the devices had just achieved the necessary certifications for a release. Moreover, we can pretty much assume that this handset will be released in Global markets.
