OnePlus 8T announcement date is now Official

In October, OnePlus will do what fans expect from it – it will introduce the OnePlus 8T. The question remained behind the exact date of the presentation. Insiders were the first to report this, and now the company itself has confirmed that the release will take place on October 14. The company promises that the new smartphone will “feature a number of new and improved technologies that will take the capabilities of OnePlus devices to the next level.”

What exactly is at stake, the manufacturer did not say specifically. There is a chance that before the announcement, the company will reveal some OnePlus 8T features. At this stage, it is known that the smartphone will receive a flat AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a Snapdragon 865 chipset and fast-charging power will grow to 65 W.

They promise up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage memory, a 4500 mAh battery, OxygenOS 11 user interface based on Android 11 and a quad rear camera, where the main sensor will be a 48-megapixel sensor. The front camera should be 32-megapixel and fit into a round hole in the display.
