Oppo is moving on to make the Oppo Reno4 series a family of smartphones. The company introduced the Oppo Reno4 and Reno4 Pro in China with 5G capabilities, then, moved on with the release of the Reno4 and Reno4 Pro 4G variants in the International market. Just recently, the company unveiled an Oppo Reno4 SE. Now, a new listing on FCC suggests the arrival of a smartphone dubbed Oppo Reno4 Lite. A device sporting CPH2125 has appeared on the North American regulatory agency and it’s the same device that passed through GCF certification. It will reach the market as Oppo Reno4 Lite.
Oppo Reno4 Lite key specifications
According to the FCC document, the new handset runs ColorOS 7.2 which is based on Android 10. It has 160.1 x 73.8 x 7.5mm overall dimensions and weighs just 164 grams.
Moreover, the document shows an interesting diagram of the Reno4 Lite. It confirms that the device will pack right-aligned volume rockers, while the power button will be placed on the left just below the sim tray. Previously, Bluetooth SIG revealed some of the key specifications for the handset. It will come with a 6.43-inch display and we assume it has an FHD+ resolution. GeekBench lists it with MediaTek’s Helio P95 Octa-core paired with up to 8GB of RAM.
So far, the device has ticked several boxes and may be ready for launch. Unfortunately, OPPO still needs to disclose its arrival officially. Again, considering how it has passed through multiple certification authorities, the announcement may happen in the coming weeks.

OPPO RENO4 PRO 5G ESCAPED CHINA
In related news, worth noting that the Oppo Reno4 Pro 5G with SD765G chipset finally escaped China to the UAE. Unlike the 4G model that ships with a Quad-Camera array, the Reno4 Pro 5G ships with a Triple-camera array at the back. It comprises a 48MP primary camera, a Sony IMX586 main camera with OIS ( Optical Image Stabilization). The secondary shooter is a 12MP ultra-wide angle shooter and there is a 13MP telephoto lens. The Telephoto lens allows users to enjoy higher 20x digital zoom, something that is not possible on the Oppo Reno4 Pro 4G.
Under the hood, the new smartphone boasts the excellent Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset. It’s paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of Internal Storage. These specifications are built around a 6.5-inch AMOLED panel with a 90Hz screen refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. This panel has a top-left aligned punch hole that serves as a house for a 32MP selfie snapper. The phone also draws power from a 4,000mAh battery complete with whopping 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast-charging. The phone ships with Android 10 straight out of the box and has ColorOS 7.2 running on top.
In UAE, the Oppo Reno4 Pro 5G retails for AED 2.499 ($680) and is available in a single variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage. Customers can get the device from multiple retailers across the region. The device is available in Galactic Blue and Space Black colorways. Some websites, including Amazon, are even offering a free Enco W51 TWS earphones. That is a $135 worth deal, that’s how much it costs separately.
