Talking about the POCO X3, it comes with a huge 6.67-inch IPS LCD. The display rocks a resolution of FHD+ and to make the experience buttery smooth, the company has opted for a 120Hz refresh rate. Gizchina News of the week
Coming to the cameras, it is a pretty familiar quad camera setup. It sports a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 main lens, a 13-megapixel ultrawide, a 2-megapixel depth, and lastly a 2-megapixel macro lens. It is a pretty common setup in this price tag and resembles the one on the Realme 7 series. I won’t say the setup is bad, but yes nothing special on the camera segment. For selfies, the company has opted for a 20-megapixel shooter resting in a dot hole notch.
What makes POCO X3 special? Well, its a second original phone from POCO. And the chipset! The POCO X3 is the world’s first smartphone with Snapdragon 732G. The chipset is one of the strongest in the mid-range market. To make things running smoothly, we also have LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.1 storage.
And what is the change in the Indian version of POCO X3? Well, it has a bigger battery. The global POCO X3 comes with a 5160mAH battery. While the X3 Indian version has a huge 6000mAH battery with the same 33W charging. This is an answer to the Galaxy M series which is quite popular there. On the software side, we are getting MIUI 12 out of the box based on Android 10 OS. So you will still have to wait for the Android 11 based update.
