Back in February, we saw the Xiaomi Power bank 3 10,000 mAh regular version. A few months later in June 2020, it unveiled the 30,000 mAh version. Now, the company has another PowerBank 3 (Pocket Edition).
The Xiaomi Power Bank 3 Pocket Edition is now available on Jingdong Mall. This device comes with a capacity of 10, 000mAh. It also uses a two-way USB Type-C 22.5W fast charging and sells for only 99 yuan ($15). Recall that the regular edition comes with a 249 yuan ($37) price tag. Thus, Xiaomi is trying all it can to make its devices more affordable.
From the Jingdong listing, the Xiaomi Power Bank 3 Pocket Edition adopts an ultra-small body design. It weighs only 200g which is 32g lighter than the regular edition. The weight of this device is similar to an average smartphone. Thus, it is a power bank that users can carry on the go.

Furthermore, the Xiaomi Powerbank 3 comes with USB Type-A, and USB Type-C interfaces. It supports a single-port 22.5W power output. According to the company, users can double-click the battery check button to enter the low-current charging mode. In this mode, the power bank can effectively charge low-current devices such as Bluetooth headsets and Xiaomi bands.
Presently, the Mi Power Bank 3 has a landing page on Jingdong Mall. According to the listing, this device will commence pre-sale tomorrow. The first outright sales of this power bank will take place on October 20th.
In other news, Xiaomi is getting ready to release a new face mask in India. According to the company, this face mask will be official in India on October 13th. In March this year, Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd. got a patent for a new face mask. This mask comes with a three-dimensional frame shape that is compatible with the shape of the face. Furthermore, the frame of the mask uses an easily collapsible plastic. This is good for the face so that a hard force to the face will not cause injuries. According to Xiaomi, the users feels very comfortable while wearing the mask. The shape of the support frame can be changed by pressing the shaping part, so that the mask fits the face more closely, which effectively improves the air tightness of the mask.
