Honor 30 Youth Edition received a software update a couple of days ago with a set of improvements. Now, the company is rolling another October update for the handset. Interestingly enough, it brings last month security patch and multi-screen collaboration feature for easy file transfer across multiple devices. The update also brings system stability improvements and is rolling out to Chinese models with build number MagicUI 3.1.1.193.
Unfortunately, the changelog does not mention anything apart from the vague “System stability improvements” message. It also adds September 2020 security patch. It’s too bad that the company couldn’t ship the October 2020 security patch for the handset. Well, at least September is just one month ago. The device definitively is more secure than it was before this update.
