Motorola launches its another mid-range smartphone – Moto G9 Power in the UK. As the name suggests, the primary highlight of the phone is its huge 6000 mAh battery. Moto G9 Power comes in Metallic Sage and Electric Violet color options and is priced at £179/€199(~$235). Although the exact availability details for different markets are not revealed by the company yet.

Moto G9 Power Specification and Features

Moto G9 Power has a 6.98-inch IPS LCD HD+ panel with a 1640 x 720-pixel resolution. Moreover, the smartphone has a punch-hole display with a 20:5:9 aspect ratio. Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC powers the smartphone and Adreno 610 GPU is present for graphics. Moto G9 Power has only a single storage variant i.e. 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage with a microSD card slot for expansion.

Motorola Moto G9 has a triple-rear camera setup placed at the top left corner of the phone. The camera setup includes a 64MP Quad Pixel primary camera with f/1.79, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video chats, there is a 16MP wide camera. The new phone has a huge 6000 mAh battery and the company claims that Moto G9 Power can last up to 60 hours with a single charge.

Motorola’s new smartphone runs on the stock Android 10 out of the box. Now talking about connectivity options, the phone has a rear-mounted fingerprint reader, microSD card expansion support, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, a 3.5mm jack, and a single bottom-firing speaker.

It is an excellent mid-range smartphone which further strengthens the Moto G9 series. Motorola is faring quite well in the mid-range market, and we hope the latest addition will also fare well against the competition.

Snooping into the past

Back in August, Motorola launched its Moto G9 Play. It comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC and Adreno 610 GPU. It features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with 720 x 1600 pixel resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Moto G9 Play packs a triple camera setup that includes a 48MP primary camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The camera setup has a LED flash and HDR support. On the front side, Moto G9 Play has an 8MP camera with HDR support.

Moto G9 Play has a 5000 mAh battery with 20W fast charging support. It comes in Forest Green, Sapphire Blue, Spring Pink color options and priced at £ 159.00 / € 169.99 (~$200)
