Gizchina News of the week
Talking about performance, the Galaxy A02 comes with Snapdragon 450 chipset. I am not impressed with this choice at-all. Samsung should go for a new generation Snapdragon 400 series chipset like the Snapdragon 460. I have personally tested Snapdragon 460 on the Realme C17 and it is capable for day to day tasks and light gaming. But the Snapdragon 450? It was the processor used on Redmi 5 from 2017. Heck, Samsung should have opted for an Helio G series chipset instead of that old processor. The smartphone comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It has a 5000mAH battery with 15W charging support via a MicroUSB port.
A12 Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A12 is very similar to Galaxy A02 in some departments. However, the A12 is better in the camera department. It has a 6.5-inch HD+ display. It comes with a quad-camera setup led by a 48-megapixel shooter, 5-megapixel ultra-wide, two 2-megapixel macro and depth sensors. On the front, you will get an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies.
Unlike Galaxy A02, the A12 is powered by an Helio P35 chipset. There is a similar 5000mAh battery with 15W charging support however with a USB-Type C. port You will also get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the Galaxy A12. Well, it is too early to say anything about the pricing of Galaxy A02 and A12 in Indonesia. We will keep you updated whenever any update arrives.
