Apple has officially announced the new AirPods Max today, an innovative wireless earbuds with high-quality audio. AirPods Max received the H1 chip and advanced software, as well as an adaptive equalizer, active noise cancellation, transparency mode and surround sound.
AirPods Max are available in five colors, including space gray, silver, blue, green, and pink. Pre-orders kicked off at $549, with sales starting next Tuesday, December 15th.
Each ear cushion attaches to the headband using a new mechanism that balances and distributes the pressure of the ear cups and allows them to independently rotate to match the user’s unique head contours. Each ear cushion uses acoustically engineered memory foam to provide effective sealing – essential for quality sound.
Like the Apple Watch, the Digital Crown offers precise volume control and the ability to play or pause, skip tracks, answer or end phone calls, and activate Siri. The noise control button easily switches between active noise canceling mode and transparency mode.
AirPods Max features 40mm dynamic drivers designed by Apple. Each ear cushion is equipped with three outward-facing microphones to detect noise, and one microphone inside the ear cushion tracks the sound reaching the listener’s ear. Users can switch to transparency mode to listen to music and hear their surroundings at the same time.

Apple AirPods 3 Will Look Identical To AirPods Pro And Come In A Few Months
According to the latest news, the AirPods 3 is progressing in an orderly manner and will be released as scheduled in March next year. Unlike AirPods 2’s minor modifications, AirPods 3’s appearance will get more changes and improvements.
But compared to the AirPods Pro, it may not get many modifications. We mean likely two shapes will be closer. Thus, Apple will shorten the stem and introduce an in-ear design with ear tips. This is an unprecedented move. But it’s not a big surprise since Apple really needs to evolve from the old design. The current AirPods design can’t seal your ears perfectly. Apart from the new design, the new hearables will also bring better battery life. Apple is targeting talk times between 3 and 5 hours for each earbud. With the charging case, it will offer between 18 and 24 hours. Unfortunately, ANC will not arrive in the basic AirPods in 2021. For now, Active Noise Cancelling will be a feature exclusive to current and future AirPods Pro.
However, the AirPods 3 will not add active noise reduction, which can maintain a more appropriate price. For experienced users, they can also look forward to further upgrades in sound quality and battery life. Recently, Kuo Ming-Chi revealed that the AirPods 3 will be postponed to June next year.
