LarkBook

Laptops are getting thinner and lighter all across the board and very soon we will be getting a special new one from CHUWI. On December 15th there will be an official unveiling for the new CHUWI LarkBook as their ultra-thin laptop model. It will have 13.3-inch display hiding in a small body weighing just 1kg. Paired with solid specs like Intel N4120 low-power processor, 8GB+256GB memory combo or full function USB Type-C interface it will be a very nice choice for students or office white-collar workers.

Ultra-thin with only 1kg of weight

The whole machine is made of light aluminum and magnesium alloy. A full metal body not only brings the premium feel and nice texture, but also keeps the weight at just 1kg, which is lighter than most of 13.3-inch laptops. And with just 11.9mm thickness  you can easily carry it in your bag or even a purse. No matter if you are going to the class, library or to the office.

New low-power passive cooling silent CPU

LarkBook is equipped with Intel N4120 processor,  featuring quad-core four threads design with, turbo frequency reaching 2.4 GHz. It should be pretty good for majority of the tasks and the UHD 600 graphics can easily decode the 4K content too.

Gizchina News of the week

In the actual performance test N4120 managed to score some pretty solid numbers. Compared to previous generation N3350, the single-core performance improved by 45%, while the multi-core performance jumped by 90%. So the overall power level is certainly higher. At the same time, the low power consumption with only 6W  TDP will greatly affect the long battery life. And with fan-free cooling design you will be getting an absolutely silent, passively cooled laptop.
